Rondo Doge

Rondo line for thin pastry, was set up to produce thin pastry to manufacture samosas but can be used for any fine pastry manufacture. Starts with elevated conveyor, 6 roll dough extruder 650mm wide, various 700mm wide conveyors with guillotines and dusters. Was set up to cut the pastry into 75 x 173mm 8 across, 90 x 213mm 7 across and 110 x 254mm 5 across. We would need to check first if all the sizes are here, not confirmed, just read from the order form. Lins is approx 22m long. All belts have perished, this has been in safe storage for many years as it could not be sold to competitors in the UK.
