Rear flap also foldable and swing-mounted, with central locking integrated in the tipper profile. Floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra 4 mm thick, precisely welded to the tipper profile and the longitudinal/crossmembers. Press traverse and tipping pivot integrated and reinforced within the longitudinal beams. Lashing eyes (4 per side) arranged along the outer tipper floor. Steel construction in grade St 52-3. All steel parts sandblasted; add-on parts painted or powder-coated in RAL 9016 (pure white).
