The EBC40 HT/42D 600rpm extruder was manufactured by Comac (year of manufacture 2012).
The motor is an AC motor with a power of 60kW. The extruder is equipped with an Omron-made PLC. The cabinet is fitted with an air conditioner. A degassing system with a 2.2kW liquid ring vacuum pump is included; the extracted gases are allowed to settle in a dedicated container for easy cleaning. The extruder is equipped with a twin-screw extrusion head, including a pressure and temperature transducer (newly supplied).
