Wachtel Columbus C516 - 96

Wachtel Columbus C516 / 96 VA1, deck oven, built in March 2021, with Weishaupt gas burner, 5 decks 120 x 160 cm, including 1 pull-out oven, with matching proofing chamber (approx. 5.5 kW) with matching stainless steel proofing trolley and 8 deckoven-setting-devices. The oven can be removed from the building in one piece through an opening at the rear, which is how it was installed by the factory in 2021. With digital computer control, "2-circuit", i.e. the top two ovens and the bottom 3 ovens can be operated at different temperatures. The "energy section" with burner and steam generator is installed under the stoves.

There is also a "Wachtel Compact Stir" rack oven on site, approx. 10 years old, which can be removed in one piece through the same opening, provided that the deck oven is removed. If you are interested, we look forward to receiving your enquiry.
