TETRA PAK A3 FLEX 1000 B ASEPTIC FILLING MACHINE – 500 ML FORMAT

Industrial aseptic filling machine, TETRA PAK A3 FLEX 1000 B, configured for the automatic packaging of liquid food products in 500 ml multilayer cardboard Tetra Brik Aseptic containers.

The machine uses aseptic forming, filling, and sealing technology, integrating the sterilization of the packaging material, the formation of the brick, the dispensing of the product, and its hermetic sealing into a single machine.

Tetra Pak A3 Flex technology is designed for the industrial packaging of previously sterilized products, allowing for the production of long-life beverages without the need for refrigeration before opening, provided that the required processing and sterility conditions are met.

Subsequently, the material is transformed into a continuous tube through longitudinal sealing. The product, previously treated using a compatible UHT system, is introduced inside under aseptic conditions.

The machine performs the transverse sealing, cutting, and forming of the individual packages, producing hermetically sealed bricks ready for the next production stages.

The finished packages can be transferred to inspection, coding, capping, grouping, case packing, and palletizing systems.
