Overview This set of 6 isobaric fermentation tanks was manufactured in 2014 by the Spanish company Talleres Perman S.L.. Each tank has a capacity of 1,000 liters and is designed for fermentation and maturation under pressure, ideal for beer, cider or sparkling wine.
