• For the drying of baked snack products in a 3 pass convection air process
• Three separate conveyors with two temperature control zones
• Zone 1: Downflow air pass 1; Zone 2: Upflow pass 2 - Downflow pass 3
• Product dries in a bedded stack at low temperatures for 15-60 minutes
• Dryer air temperature control range is 100°C (210°F) - 170°C (350°F)
• Three Stainless Cleatrac Wire Belt Conveyors driven separately
• Aluminized steel interior wall, floor, ceilings and air plenums
