It incorporates three adhesive assemblies, spanning 40 MT, and an intricate 4-axis adjustment mechanism mounted on a trolley. In addition, there’s a supplementary adhesive unit with 6 divisions tailored for L-shaped sealing, also on a trolley. Notably, the L-seal tools can be adjusted to cater to U-seal applications on bottle caps.

The PE labeling machine is equipped with a touchscreen interface, complemented by an integrated PLC and modern electronics, all of which can be tailored to specific needs. Features include an electric lift mechanism and speed modulation via an inverter. Additionally, new touchscreen programming can be introduced, tailored to the unique requirements of the user.


Automatic Labeling Machine with Adhesive Stations for Rotary Labelers:


The machine’s mechanical slider, bearing the adhesive unit, has the versatility to apply diverse label types to an array of bottles. There’s a specified minimum and maximum label dimension that it can accommodate, though these parameters can be altered upon request. Positioned at the adhesive station’s end is a keypad, capable of storing configurations for up to 200 distinct label variants. Through its dedicated program and a photocell system, the adhesive station autonomously applies the chosen label format, all while synchronizing with the optical centering mechanism.
