Here we offer you our newly manufactured VBH KM Pro pretreatment system for part dimensions of up to 4,000x1,400x2,000mm.
System description:
Pretreatment system for wet-chemical cleaning of workpieces before coating using the 3-zone process + nozzle line for loss.
Equipment:
-Washing stations for up to 2 traverses in one cleaning cycle
-3 rails (1 middle, 2 side washing stations)
-Washing ring with removable middle nozzle line (Info: The middle nozzle line is used when 2 rails with flat workpieces are to be cleaned at the same time; without the middle nozzle line, wider workpieces can be moved in and cleaned on the middle guide rail.)
-4 washing zones (degreasing circuit, 1st rinse (pre-rinse) circuit, 2nd rinse (final rinse) demineralized water cascading to degreasing basin 1
-final spray ring (zone 4) for passivation in the no-rinse process when pulling out the goods carriers (duration of fogging adjustable) Passivation is injected into demineralized water. Inlet in basin 1.
-2 storage containers made of stainless steel including level monitoring (sink 1 + demineralized sink)
-1 stainless steel container insulated, as electrically heated, including level monitoring (degreasing)
-Drain taps on the basins for disposal, cleaning and new preparation
-Supply of the VE water requirement via mixed bed cartridges
-Exhaust fan to remove the water vapor to the outside including exhaust pipe
-Cabin made of stainless steel
-Loading via double-wing door
-Operating terminal (PLC controlled) outside the washing cabin
-Control via PLC and touch display including remote maintenance module
-Intuitive, illustrated operation for quick and easy handling
