KEMPER SP 100 L spiral mixer – 100 kg of flour

The KEMPER SP 100 L is a professional spiral mixer with a fixed bowl, designed for bakery productions requiring large-scale kneading. Its documented capacity reaches approximately 100 kg of flour for 160 kg of dough, with a bowl of approximately 250 L. This configuration makes it a suitable model for bakeries seeking high capacity while maintaining a simple workflow around an integrated bowl.

Why this model stands out
The SP 100 L uses the zone kneading principle developed by KEMPER. The dough is worked between the spiral and the bowl according to a geometry designed to promote homogeneous kneading while limiting its heating. The model has two speeds, with tool speeds of approximately 110 and 220 rpm, to differentiate the phases of the cycle.

Two electromechanical timers allow the working times to be adjusted. The bowl rotation is reversible, to the right or left, which provides greater control during incorporation and kneading.
