Heavy-duty, fully hydraulic high-performance bandsaw, solidly constructed, with a horizontally and parallel traveling saw band, designed for cutting profiles, tubes, and solid materials of all grades, including extremely difficult-to-machine materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy).

Suitable for use with bi-metal and carbide-tipped saw bands.

The saw unit is manufactured as a solid construction from polymer concrete, ensuring maximum smooth operation and extended blade life.

Guidance of the saw unit is via a vertical and a round column guide (double column guide) with hardened and ground guide rails.

Hydraulic blade tensioning and hydraulically preloaded carbide blade guides.

Material clamping is achieved via two hydraulic vises. Machine operation is straightforward and user-friendly. The cutting length can be set via a handwheel with 0.1 mm resolution. The quantity setting is handled via a piece counter; when the set quantity is reached, the machine switches off automatically. Material feed is provided by a feed cylinder, ensuring top cutting accuracy. The machines are easy to operate and work fully automatically.
