Versatile press suitable for veneering, coating, form gluing, 3D veneering, and edge banding, among other applications. With certain limitations, this press can serve as an alternative to a hydraulic veneer press.

Features a new, heat-resistant silicone membrane—extremely stretchable and easy to clean. Also suitable for thermoforming preheated thermoplastic materials such as acrylic glass or solid surface materials.

Internal frame dimensions approx. 2900 x 1410 mm, usable area approx. 2800 x 1300 mm. Working height approx. 900 mm.

Equipped with a Becker VT4.40 vacuum pump, 400V, 1.5 kW with 40 m³/h output, and two 200-liter vacuum tanks for convenient operation and rapid evacuation. Electronic vacuum pressure switch automatically stops the pump once the preset vacuum is reached, preventing continuous operation.

Mobile on four lockable swivel casters. Frame can be easily lifted and secured with two catches. Double-frame design allows for fast membrane exchange. Currently fitted with a new silicone membrane. The grooved base plate ensures rapid vacuum distribution.

CE marking.

Original paintwork, with touch-ups in some areas. The silicone membrane and base plate have been replaced – the machine is immediately ready for use.
