ISAR IPW100

The IPW 100 tank pasteurizer is ideal for pasteurizing packaged fruit preparations (such as jams and preserves), fermented products (such as vinegar and beer), and pickled fruits and vegetables. The packaging must be heat-resistant, for example, made of glass or a heat-resistant plastic bag. The exact temperature and duration of the heat treatment depend on the specific product. It is operated manually. The tank is not insulated.
