Unused HSD HST810-M two-axis fork head with ES510 electrospindle, HSD article H8099H0048, built 2023, never installed or powered. Supplied new by HSD S.p.A. (Italy) through HSD’s Australian partner in August 2023 and stored since then in its original HSD crates in a locked warehouse in Melbourne. The head is still sealed in HSD’s VCI bag on its steel transport frame (HSD works order OdL 2013060, production number 2023001552).

Head HST810-M: A axis ±110°, C axis ±360°, HSD direct-drive torque motors (A 707 Nm max, C 1,250 Nm max), hydraulic brakes 2,000 / 4,000 Nm, Heidenhain RCN 8380 absolute encoders (EnDat 2.2), 2 arcsec, 180°/s, mass 550 kg, Ø335 g7 machine fitting, overall height 1,373 mm.

Electrospindle ES510: HSK-A63, 42 kW S1 / 55 kW S6, 66.8 Nm S1 / 87.5 Nm S6, rated 6,000 rpm, max 24,000 rpm, air-oil lubrication, liquid cooled, hydraulic tool release, Lenord + Bauer 256 pulse 1 Vpp spindle encoder, rotary joint for through-spindle coolant.

Included: HSD oil-air lubrication unit CC34250005 (24 V DC) and HSD 3-phase line reactor CCA4050012 (0.4 mH, 130 A), both in their HSD crates, and the HSD installation drawing H8099H0048 with SINAMICS and SIMODRIVE motor parameter sets. Suitable for 5-axis gantry and portal machines for aluminium, composites and light alloys. Siemens-ready; other controls need EnDat 2.2 capable drives.

Condition and warranty: unused, 0 hours. The unit is outside HSD’s warranty period and is sold without manufacturer warranty. A pre-shipment run-up test at an Australian spindle service workshop, with written report and video, can be arranged at the buyer’s cost. Inspection in Melbourne by appointment.

Terms: price net, FCA Melbourne (Incoterms 2020) in the original crates, payment in full before release by bank transfer or escrow. Export from Australia is subject to an export permit where required; the buyer provides end-user details. Freight, insurance, import duties and commissioning are excluded.
