In 2018, the complete hydraulic system of the Heynumill was renewed, all electrical cables were replaced, the spindle cooling unit and both longitudinal conveyors were renewed, and the heads were fully overhauled. The total refurbishment cost €160,000.
In 2020, the milling gearbox was replaced.
