Coordinate drilling machine/gauge drilling machine with tool package (see photos) in very well-maintained, exceptional condition, second owner (owned for 41 years). This quality will never be produced again!

The coordinate drilling machine has the rare option of motorized table drive/rapid traverse in the X and Y axes and a potentiometer. The stepless feed in the X-axis also allows for light milling operations as well as surface milling. This eliminates the tedious manual cranking required for all other Hauser coordinate drilling machines.

Furthermore, it has the rare thermal stabilization and expansion compensation feature. For this purpose, 2 heaters are provided, which must be switched on separately before starting work and to maintain high accuracy and gauge dimensions. This explains the factory-specified high positioning accuracy of 0.002 mm with a resolution of 0.00.

It should be noted that the machine has two Heidenhain digital displays with a total of 4 glass scales with 1 My resolution, also for the quill feed. This is a major advantage for precise drilling and surfacing in depth with Wohlhaupter, spindle tools, etc. With the mentioned options and in this first-class condition, it is very rare and highly likely not available again.
