We are pleased to present a unique offer for a numerically controlled lathe. The offered lathe is the FAT TUR 630MN x 2000 model, manufactured in 2001, which underwent a complete overhaul in 2024. The lathe is equipped with a new SIEMENS 828D control system. Its user-friendly programming environment, along with process simulation capabilities and built-in documentation, allows for a significant reduction in the time required to introduce a new part into production. As a result, we offer a machine tool with all the attributes of modern CNC machines at an attractive price.
At the same time, we provide extensive customer support, including machine commissioning and implementation, warranty and post-warranty service, training in programming and machine operation, as well as assistance in implementing technology and parts production.
Main Features of the TUR MN Lathe:

• European Standard – the lathe is built with the highest quality components.
• Rigid and wide bed – ensures high rigidity, resulting in excellent surface finish quality.
• Hardened and ground components – the bed and gears are hardened and ground for increased durability.
• Precision ball screws – guarantee high machining accuracy.
• Spindle head – two-stage, up to 2500 RPM, with high torque for precise and heavy-duty machining.
• Control system – new Siemens 828D controller.

Machine Operating Modes:
• Manual Mode (JOG) – used mainly for machine setup, tool measurement, workpiece preparation,
process planning, and simple turning operations.
• Semi-automatic Mode (MDI) – allows execution of G-code command sequences via the command line.
• Automatic Mode (Auto) – fully automated operation based on a generated G-code program, using machining cycles and/or contour drawings with specified part and machining parameters.

Scope of the Overhaul:
• Bed grinding.
• Restoration of slides and carriage (new sliding coatings).
• Machine geometry adjustment (scraping).
• Replacement of all bearings (spindle head, X-axis, Z-axis, tailstock).
• Replacement of X and Z-axis ball screws.
• Replacement of the entire lubrication system.
• Replacement of drive belts.
• Installation of new X and Z-axis Siemens motors.
• Installation of a new Siemens 828D control system.
• Complete rewiring, including control cabinet components.
• Tailstock inspection.
• Machine repainting.
• Replacement of worn mechanical components (gears in the spindle head).
