A high-temperature rolling machine for glass fiber reinforced compounds is available. 1) Large roller Comerio Ercole, year of construction: 1970, working width: 1500mm, roller diameter: 600mm, roller gap: electrically adjustable, lubrication: circulating oil lubrication. 2) Small roller Meccaniche Moderne, year of construction: 1966, working width: 800mm, roller diameter: 400mm, lubrication: circulating oil lubrication. 3) Horizontal mixer, volume: 2.5m³. 4) Big bag frame with crane. 5) 2x gravimetric dosing scales with control. 6) Conveyor belts and spiral balancing conveyor. 7) Condux HM 45/60 LA hammer mill (lined) with a 1000 mm vibrating screen. 8) 2x Lauda heaters. Including cement mixer, bucket elevator, silo, bagging scales, glass feed rack and a control cabinet for overall plant control. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible.
