For sale is a complete CTP system in excellent condition: AGFA Palladio 30 – essentially a Screen 2055Vi with two Bacher punches.

This is a comprehensive system with a gum application unit (not a developer, as it only applies gum), Harlequin v10 RIP PC, and plate stacker included.

Digital plate making system featuring violet laser technology with a maximum plate size of 680 x 830 mm, minimum plate size of 324 x 370 mm, and a maximum imaging area of 633 x 830 mm. Resolution up to 3000 dpi. Supports plate thicknesses of 0.15 mm and 0.30 mm.

Productivity:
Approx. 20 plates per hour at 2400 dpi or 30 plates per hour at 1200 dpi with Azura CTP plates or Fujifilm Violet plates. Plates from both manufacturers are still available, and there are also excellent quality Chinese plates on the market.

The system has been used with a Heidelberg SM74 and SM52. Appropriate cassettes for both formats are included. As mentioned, two Bacher punches are integrated in the machine.

This is a turnkey solution featuring plate setter, washout-developer unit, RIP PC with monitor, and plate stacker. The system can be installed and made ready for plate imaging on the same day; the machine is still in daily operation. It will be dismantled by an Agfa-Screen technician and all transport locks will be fitted.
