Right from its founding in 1990, company founder Klaus Kirchner knew: True customer proximity can only be achieved by being on site – and before long, his company was selling and maintaining electric, diesel, and LPG forklifts from several branch offices. That same year, he established the branch in Themar, and by 1991, the team had already moved out of the original workshop to the current headquarters in Bad Langensalza. More branches and service locations followed with the formation of the independent company "Kirchner + Partner Heben und Fördern GmbH.” Today, under the direction of Hannelore Kirchner, the Kirchner Group stands as an innovative and future-proof specialist for forklifts, custom-configured warehouse systems, and industrial lifting equipment. Nearly 80 forklift technicians, administrative staff, and industrial truck sales consultants operate out of the headquarters in Bad Langensalza, 5 branch offices (Themar, Gera, Leipzig, Weimar, Bad Blankenburg), and 5 permanent service centers (Thale, Waltershausen, Leinefelde, Weißenfels).
