Weinig A5 outfeed with automatic board stacker.

Offer includes.
1. Weinig high speed 820 right angle moulder outfeed.
2. Weinig 811 moulder outfeed, scissors lift with pack chains
3. Weinig additional outfeed pack chains to transfer to a roller conveyor system.

System of operation.
-Boards are automatically transported laterally with the Weinig 820 right angle transfer.
-Boards automatically form a layer and are then placed on the lifting table of the chain conveyor
-The completed pack is transferred to the following chain conveyor
-Maximum output: 40 cycles/minute for stacker (over 150m/min based on average length boards).
-Space required: Length approx. 8000 mm, Width approx. 5000 mm approximately
-Pack size max 6100mm x 1200mm x 1200mm(high)
