Walter HELICHECK PLUS LONG

Measuring machine with 4 NC-controlled axes, featuring non-contact measurement technology and an additional measuring probe for the automated measurement of micro-precision tools such as milling cutters, drills, step and profile tools. Extended measuring range, specifically for long tools up to 700 mm in length. Due to an additional backlight camera with 400x magnification, even the smallest tools, i.e., microwork tools, can be measured in terms of contour or profile. Thanks to the 400x magnification in both backlight and front light, microwork tools can also be measured using the backlight method.
Backlight CCD matrix camera 1, magnification = 50x, diameter (up to 150 mm) and length measurements (up to 700 mm), angle measurements, and radii of the outer contour can be measured.
Backlight CCD matrix camera 2, magnification = 400x, observation at the tool circumference, diameter, length, angle measurements, and radii of the outer contour of mini or microwork tools can be measured.
Front light CCD matrix camera 3, magnification = 400x, observation of the side view, e.g., helix angle, chamfer width, chip space depth, chip, spiral, and relief angles.
Front light CCD matrix camera 4, magnification = 400x, observation of the end face, axial, relief, and radial angles, chamfer widths, center distances.
