A complete paper production line with a shoe press is offered for the production of kraft top liner, testliner and fluting. Working width, trimmed: 2500mm. Stated production capacity: 300t/day. Speed: 650-700m/min, differing figures in the documentation. Basis weight: 115-240g/m², according to the summary document 90-240g/m². Dry content after the press: 50%. DC sectional drive. Equipment: approach flow system, two stainless steel headboxes with two Fourdrinier wires, two compact presses, shoe press, 29 pre-dryer cylinders, size press, 14 after-dryer cylinders, closed hood, Voith Pope reel, Jagenberg Vari Flex S slitter rewinder, vacuum pumps, starch preparation and broke pulper. Modernizations through 2023 are documented. Technical documentation and spare parts lists are available. An inspection is possible by arrangement.
