Milk reception

Milk processing

- Buffer pasteurized milk tank 6.500 liters.

Cheese processing
- Damrow closed cheese vat (double O), 6,000 liter capacity per batch.
- Van t’ Riet drainage pre-pressing vat. Year of construction: 2010.
- Tunnel presses (42 cylinders), Van ’t Riet.
- micro perforated LAUDE moulds, 15 kg euro block.
- 2x mould washers bins.
- 8x brine cages (excluding brine baths, which are cast in concrete)
- 2x brine cooling.

Whey
- Horizontal whey tank, over 6,000 liters capacity.

CIP
- CIP (full automatic, Siemens S7) consisting of 1 tank with 3 compartments
