Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The primary application area is the production of keyways from 3–28 mm (and beyond), as well as similar-sized profiles. Due to its compact size and minimal footprint, the machine can be successfully used in small, medium, and large workshops. The low price also makes it attractive for small-batch and single-item production.
Drive is provided by a pole-changeable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free dual-spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central pulling point, and constant cutting performance. The open tool table enables easy placement of large workpieces. In most cases, the workpieces do not need to be firmly clamped. Stroke adjustment is done via adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. With short hubs/workpieces, multiple workpieces can be stacked.

Broaching needles, mandrels, and spare parts available on request.
