UMG-412.03 Log crusher – a device designed for crushing wood logs into technological sawdust, which is most often used in the production of wood pellets. The device has a drum with a diameter of 800mm with 458 units of carbide teeth. The drum is driven by a 250kW electric motor, which ensures high performance. Hydraulic motor-driven intake rollers and a chain feed conveyor evenly feed and support the logs during grinding. The device grinds the logs into technological sawdust, which is blown out through the exhaust opening, the remaining sawdust is removed from under the machine by a belt conveyor. The feed speed is adjustable from 1.35 m/min to 4.3 m/min
