The machine is in working condition and ready for operation after reassembly.
Detailed information about the machine:
The pasteurization chamber reaches an operating temperature of 85 to 100°C.
Batch filling in carts 850x900x1350 mm, which can be carried into the chamber with a forklift and stacked on top of each other.
Pasteurization is done with direct steam. The flow of steam inside the chamber is directed by a 5 KW fan.
Regulation of temperature and pasteurization time from 60 to 100°C.
Wall and door insulation 150 mm thick.
The chamber is made of stainless-steel sheet AIS I304.
Capacity 1056 polypropylene bottles of 1.5 l.

The dimension of the whole machine is 270 x 300 cm

It also has a smaller electrical cabinet but that can stand separate (see picture called external electric cabinet)

Included with the device:
4X carts for inserting products into the chamber and an electrical cabinet with control panel (Touch screen)

The device is disassembled for transport and can be viewed in this condition at the following location: Posavska ulica 59, 10372 Oborovo (Glazir d.o.o.).
Working hours: Monday - Friday (from 08:00 to 14:00).
