(2x) Climate chamber for stability tests
The system for storing stability samples consists of 2 climate chambers. 2 climate chambers are supplied by an electrical control cabinet and have separate circuit diagrams.
The climate chambers are based on cooling cells from Viessmann. The climate chambers are dimensionally identical and equipped with stainless steel shelves.
The climate chambers were connected to a measured value recording system. This is currently not available for the system. However, a connection to a building management system is basically possible and prepared.
The entire system was taken out of service in 2024 and finally qualified. The qualification documents can be made available on request.
The delivery and installation of the system as well as the technical service were carried out exclusively by ThermoTEC.
The client offers the objects mentioned EXW
Ex Works "ex works". This means that the dismantling and loading of the objects is the responsibility of the buyer.
The system essentially consists of:
2 constant climate chambers made of 80mm PU elements, stainless steel floor and single-leaf revolving door with frame heating
2 chamber fittings for air conditioning consisting of:
Nodpfx Ajvpu Tljhzodc
-Fans for circulating the chamber air
-Direct evaporation register with refrigerant R404A, for cooling and dehumidification
-Electric resistance heating 2*1.5kW
Cold steam inlet hoses from the ultrasonic humidifier
2 air-cooled refrigeration condenser units for cooling and dehumidifying the
climate chambers.
2 ultrasonic humidifiers with an output of 1kg/h
Switch cabinet for controlling and regulating the climate chambers
The circulating air of the constant climate chambers is sucked in via the air conditioning unit, processed and blown out via the front.
The temperature and humidity sensor mounted in the intake area transmits the actual values of the test room to the respective control circuit of the climate chambers.
An independent process controller is installed in the control cabinet front for each control circuit (temperature/humidity).
The controllers control the following functions as required:
> HEATING with electric resistance heating
> COOLING with refrigeration unit and direct evaporation
> HUMIDIFICATION with ultrasonic humidifier
> DEHUMIDIFICATION with refrigeration unit and direct evaporation
The climate chamber temperature and humidity are controlled automatically.
