Skive burnishing machine, for finishing the inner surfaces of tubes by combining two processes in one pass: material removal (skiving) and surface hardening/smoothing (roller burnishing). It achieves exceptional surface finishes (Ra 0.1–0.4). Tube is fixed and the tool rotates.
This machine cannot be used for deep-drilling, boring, honing.
Machine in excellent conditions due to very limited usage: 454 hours.
