For producing dimensionally accurate tube geometries with bending radii of up to 1.5xD

Robust and durable steel construction with a force-locked design—no torsion-prone structure such as a separated construction of the bending head and mandrel carrier. Maintenance-free electromechanical drive for the bending axis. The control system's touch display enables easy and intuitive programming and operation of the machine. After the tube is loaded, it is fixed by a chuck on the carriage. This ensures precise positioning of the tube, allowing the creation of dimensionally accurate geometries. Standard equipment also includes geometry verification before the bending process: If the bending process is started from the wrong position, the machine will not allow it. This prevents incorrect operation. Optional additional features offer more convenience and increase output and thus the efficiency of the system.
Data transfer from the optional TBS-3D tube calculation software (PC version) is done via USB stick or via FTP access from the computer to the machine control. USB or LAN connector (RJ45) are standard. Existing tube geometries can be easily and quickly converted, e.g., via the STEP format.
