STATIONS

Station 1: Feeding and unloading by robot
- The part is clamped on the shaft.

Station 2: Turning of the head contour (2-fold)
- NC- feed slide SL 45-NC z-direction
- 2 x facing unit SEMA PDE (without tools)

- 2 x facing head LAT-160-2-32

Station 3: Turning station via handling gripper (2-fold)
- Part is now clamped at the machined head

Station 4: Thread rolling (2-fold)
- Part is clamped at the head and supported in the hexagon
- NC- feed slide SL 45-NC z-direction
- 2 x spindle unit SEMA SE 100 (without rolling head and rollers)
- 2 x torque support by hexagon socket

Station 5: Milling of longitudinal grooves with support on shaft side
