Samzon PT1800-20

Samzon Pile Turner PT1800-20 is a stationary pile turner machine used for rotating pallets, arranging products, pallet exchange, or damaged pallet layers. This machine can handle very long pallets – up to 3500 mm – and the platforms can lower to a minimum of only 400 mm. The pallet is inserted into the machine using a pallet truck or pallet jack. The machine can either rotate the product 180 degrees or to a horizontal position as required. The platforms are pressed together against the pallet and are stopped by a pressure switch, which can be easily adjusted.

For pallet changing, whether due to a defective pallet or for switching to a plastic pallet, the new pallet is placed on top of the product. The platforms press down on the product, rotate 180 degrees, and the product is now positioned on its new pallet.

Operation of the pile turner is simple and user-friendly via a button on the control panel.
