cw fiber laser with 750 watts as a stand-alone system or for integration into machines and systems.
Due to its high output power, this water-cooled laser is particularly suitable for tasks where a lot of heat is required in the workpiece. This includes, for example, welding metals or plastics, cutting, material removal or structuring. The optional use of a 2D galvo scanner means that the laser beam can also be guided over the workpiece using software. The laser can be modulated digitally and analogue (power setting) and can also be controlled and monitored using control software.
The images show a setup with a galvo scanner. The system can also be optionally equipped with a welding head or cutting head. Laser class 1 can also be achieved by installing side walls and a front door with a laser protection window (all available). The work area can be adjusted in height using an electrically controlled Z axis.
The laser system is prepared for integration into a higher-level system, but can also be used as a stand-alone system. In the event of integration, interfaces for interlock, emergency stop, external laser control, etc. are available. Individual components of the system can also be integrated into a system at the customer's site. We are happy to support the customer after consultation and according to their specifications.
