This is an SCC 61 WE electric combi-steamer from the premium manufacturer Rational. This combi-steamer accommodates 6 x 1/1 GN containers. In automatic mode, the unit automatically detects the ideal cooking process, the size of the product, load quantity, and product-specific requirements for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg-based dishes, baked goods, and finishing). The unit has undergone a full inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional, with a 6-month warranty.
