Rational SCC 101 Elektro

This is an SCC 101 combi steamer from the premium manufacturer Rational, in electric version. This combi steamer is equipped with a hanging rack with 10 inserts. In automatic mode, the unit automatically detects the ideal cooking process for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods and finishing), the size of the food, loading quantity, and product-specific requirements.
