Rampf MC-EASY

Three identical base modules of the Rampf MC-EASY multifunction dispensing cell are available. Max. robot payload: 3kg, robot reach: approx. 600mm, manual component handling. Dispensing system for 1K and 2K materials, including gap filler and potting applications, material feed: from cartridges, hobbocks and 200l containers, dispensing control Beckhoff, material processing: cartridges, hobbocks, 200l containers, control: robot programming by Fruitcore with 3D real-time visualization of robot movement, with static 1K and 2K dispensing system. With automation module Digital Robot HORST600 and central operating software for all process participants, with 3x side panels and 1x door, comfort handle, profile half cylinder, base plate for the robot as well as consumables, operator console, light barrier, system light each individually positioned, mounted and wired, panels made of Makrolon. An on-site inspection is possible, not under power.
