ProFruit Machinery Industrial Bath Pasteurizer

The ProFruit Industrial Bath Pasteurizer is designed for post-fill pasteurization of products packed in bottles, jars, cans and other heat-resistant containers. It is suitable for juices, jams, marmalades, purées, sauces and similar products.
Operation

Filled containers are loaded into five cages and immersed in the insulated bath. Automatic temperature and time control manages the pasteurization cycle. An integrated lifting system assists with cage loading and unloading. The machine can use internal electric heating or externally heated water supplied by a ProFruit HEAT or ECOHEAT pasteurizer. A configuration with separate pasteurization and cooling sections is optional.
