For sale is a modernized concrete mixing plant consisting of a Pemat PMPR 500 planetary mixer with PAS 500 skip hoist and complete BIKOTRONIC control system. The Pemat PMPR 500 offers a 500 L dry fill capacity or approx. 0.33 m³ of compacted concrete per batch, mixer diameter of approx. 1,720 mm, reinforced 37 kW drive, Hardox wear lining, sampling unit, discharge protection, and safety features. The BIKOTRONIC control system includes the control cabinet and power components, Siemens S7/PLC, industrial PC with Windows 10, visualization/administration, recipe and batch management, fully automatic dosing and mixing processes, manual operation module, moisture/water dosing module, sand moisture measurement, remote maintenance, and UPS.
