DESCRIPTION
DM100 Z2C - performs edge rounding and removes sharp burrs from both the inner and outer edges of steel, stainless steel or aluminium parts after laser, shear or punch cutting of metal parts from 50 x 50 mm up to 1100 x 100 mm in size.

The 1st station processes the products through a contact roller (approx. 55° shore) with an abrasive belt and removes strong burrs in the first step.
The 2nd station processes the products with 2 counter-rotating cross belts each from below and from above. The cross belts round off the parts to be machined on both the inner and outer edges.

A big advantage is also the deburring of products with surface protection foil, because only the edges are processed without damaging the foil.
