We are offering this used MULTIVAC R225 thermoforming packaging machine, year of manufacture 2011. Suitable for thermoforming with and without gas, MAP, and vacuum packaging. The machine has been regularly serviced by Multivac. It comes with a new lifting tool for the cross cutter. We are currently packaging meat and sausage products in pack sizes of 12.5 cm wide x 20 cm long. The machine is capable of packaging products with depths from 0.8 cm up to 10 cm. The tooling produces 6 packs per cycle. The machine is fully functional and the reason for sale is a system change to a different machine size. The machine is still in use and can only be released from July 26th onwards. It is sold without the vacuum pump.
