Single-Punch Tablet Press Model CPR1

The CPR 1 benchtop press is a single-punch machine designed for tablet production.
Powder is loaded into a hopper and directed through a stainless steel tube into the die cavity.
The adjustable punch compresses the powder, and the finished tablet is ejected from the machine.
The press operates with a continuous motion utilizing cam disks.
An operator panel equipped with a tablet counter is included.
The machine is capable of producing up to 3,000 tablets per hour.

The tablet press can be fitted with tooling for round, oblong, or oval tablets. Punch and die changes can be carried out simply and quickly.
All product-contact parts are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
