The MTP ESR 1020 × 2.0 mm is a robust electrically driven 3-roll sheet metal bending machine designed for accurate rolling of cylindrical components, tubes, sleeves, rings and light conical parts.

Its compact footprint, rigid welded frame and hardened steel rolls make it suitable for professional fabrication workshops, maintenance departments and production facilities requiring a reliable machine for regular sheet-metal forming work.

### MACHINE FEATURES

The ESR 1020 × 2.0 mm uses a three-roll system with eccentric pressure adjustment, allowing straightforward positioning of the rolls and controlled forming of the workpiece.

The rolls are manufactured from high-grade hardened steel, providing good durability and resistance to wear. The lower and upper rolls are equipped with grooves for rolling rings and wire-type sections.

The machine can also be used for cone rolling within its standard adjustment range.

As shown in the photographs, the machine features:

- manual handwheels and levers for precise mechanical adjustment,
