Mazak Integrex 100-IV

The MAZAK Integrex 100-IV is a compact and highly precise CNC turning and milling center designed for complete machining of complex workpieces in a single setup. Thanks to the combination of turning and milling functions, as well as the integrated B and Y axes, the machine is particularly suitable for demanding precision parts in the medical technology, mechanical engineering, and precision engineering industries.

The machine was manufactured in 2007 and is equipped with the powerful MAZATROL Matrix control. This enables both dialog-oriented and ISO programming and offers modern functions for efficient and productive manufacturing.

The travels are 410 mm in the X-axis, 140 mm in the Y-axis (±70 mm), and 570 mm in the Z-axis. The B-axis has a swivel range of 225°, enabling complex 5-axis machining. The C-axis of the main spindle operates with a high positioning accuracy of 0.001°.

The maximum turning and swing diameter is 545 mm each.

The main spindle reaches speeds of up to 6,000 rpm with a power of approximately 11 kW, which enables dynamic and precise turning operations. The integrated milling spindle operates with speeds of up to 12,000 rpm with a power of approximately 5.5 kW and is ideally suited for milling, drilling, and threading operations.

The machine features a tool changer (available) with a maximum tool length of 210 mm and a KM tool holder, which ensures high rigidity and fast tool changes.
