The MM large dispensing systems are specifically optimized for the use of structural MMA adhesives from EBS, LLC, featuring a robust, durable, and maintenance-friendly design to ensure long-term, trouble-free, and consistent adhesive application. The system can be modified for dispensing a wide range of two-component adhesives such as polyurethanes, epoxies, methyl methacrylates, and others.

BASIC FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW:
A pneumatically driven motor, powered solely by compressed air, drives the adhesive and activator gear pumps (= metering pumps) via a chain drive system. These metering pumps are continuously supplied by adhesive and activator transfer pumps, which are also air driven. This way, components A and B are kept separate but are pumped in the pre-set ratio through separate hose sets to a dispensing gun, where they are mixed at the gun outlet by a static mixer nozzle. As a result, the entire dispensing system requires little to no cleaning. The flow rate, which controls the dispensing speed, can be adjusted via the speed of the pneumatic drive motor.
