Marwis Felgen Cleaner

Felgen Cleaner is a tank designed for removing paint coatings. It is used in wheel refurbishment, especially for wheels with complex designs.

Wheel etching, i.e. cleaning residues using a chemical bath, is a process that removes all paint layers from the wheel surface.

This machine holds approximately 800 liters of liquid and is equipped with a temperature and bath time control system. Additionally, an oil jacket is used to ensure an even temperature distribution inside the tank. This solution allows chemicals from almost any manufacturer to be used, even at eighty degrees Celsius. It features a winch: an integrated lifting and lowering mechanism for the load basket, allowing wheels to be placed inside without the need for external devices—making it a fully autonomous workshop solution.
