The removable modular belt is also easy to clean. The system can be configured with various product clamping systems and blade types best suited to the product. The product is fed onto the infeed belt. A 3D laser scanner calculates the product’s volume. The program menu allows selection of pre-set weights and portion shapes. The computer then determines the optimal cutting position. The hang weight feature can optimize accuracy when product characteristics change. The device can be fully opened for easy cleaning.
