This system is designed for the automatic blasting of small and medium batch series, making it ideal for components up to approximately 280 mm in diameter. Parts are evenly blasted via a rotating satellite table—ideal for cleaning, deburring, descaling, derusting, or roughening precision components.

Once raw parts are loaded, the blasting time per satellite can be set at the control panel. After confirming raw part loading using the button directly next to the cabin door, the individual satellites index into position and are processed. Upon completion of the blasting cycle and after all parts have been treated, a finished message is displayed and the system can be reloaded and unloaded as needed.

Thanks to the generously dimensioned integrated filtration technology, the blasting machine is suitable for virtually all types of blasting media, including finer mineral abrasives without issue.

Originally used in medical technology, the interior of the system is lined with rubber. This presents no disadvantages for other industries or users; indeed, it provides additional wear protection for both media and machine and dampens noise. This means the unit operates both more efficiently and more quietly than an unlined cabin.

By removing the front manual access cover, manual blasting can also be performed at any time with minimal setup effort. Additional nozzles can be retrofitted if required.
