Thanks to easy operation and quick abrasive change, wheels can be polished to a mirror finish in just a few hours – for a high-quality mirror finish in an elegant metallic look, both for used and new wheels.

The pneumatic loading and unloading system makes loading and unloading the wheels very easy and quick. In addition to wheels, other components can also be processed here.

The working container is equipped with a flexible clamping device for different wheel types and is lined with a high-quality wear-resistant lining made of polyurethane elastomer (Rösler HD 90). The specially ribbed, stress-relieved, annealed welded construction ensures a long service life and smooth, robust operation even in continuous operation.
