Hello,
I have a new 800mm diameter vibrating sieve for sale. The sieve has two levels for classifying the material. Mesh size to be agreed. Changing the mesh size using screws is easy and quick. The engine mounted in the sieve has 0.7kW, 1460rpm and performs a vibratory movement combined with an oscillatory movement around the circumference.
The sieve is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The entire sieve structure and the welds themselves are solidly made. The last photo shows how the vibrating engine works, how the material spreads over the mesh.
The sieve can screen both dry and wet material.
Possibility of transport to the customer. It is possible to add a third filter deck. I provide access to all operating parts after purchasing the sieve, such as seals or clamps. I also have empty frames on which additional mesh can be stretched. The screener can work dry and wet.
