The Life Technologies Ion OneTouch 2 with Ion OneTouch ES comprises two modules: the Ion OneTouch™ 2 Instrument and the Ion OneTouch™ ES (enrichment system). It simplifies the workflows by providing an automated solution for scalable and reproducible template preparation. It is used for DNA sequencing in healthcare, lab and life sciences. It streamlines the overall Ion semiconductor sequencing workflow, yielding significant time savings and increasing sequencing productivity. The system enables parallel template processing with sample sequencing on the Ion Proton™ or Ion PGM™ sequencers.
